Your sending IP, yours alone203.0.113.42
Maximum deliverability, support included
Deliverability is not settled at the moment of sending. It is built on infrastructure you own and a reputation we watch with you.
An IP you share with nobody
A domain pool and two dedicated IPs from the PRO plan onwards. Your sender reputation no longer depends on what the platform's other clients send.
A sending engine built for volume
Power-MTA, dedicated tracking domain, intelligent bounce retries and automatic handling of the captchas specific to B2B prospecting.
Someone on the phone
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, progressive warm-up: the setup is done with a French team, included in the subscription.
What a shared IP actually costs you
On a platform that pools its sending, your sender reputation is the average of thousands of accounts you know nothing about. One of them sends anything at all, and your messages leave with a handicap you did not create. For a monthly newsletter going out to clients who expect it, that is bearable. In prospecting, where every message has to clear a corporate filter tuned to be strict, it no longer is. A dedicated IP does not settle everything, but it does make you answerable for your own results.
What you own outright
On most platforms, your sender reputation depends on that of the other clients.
Software built for B2B performance
Prospecting and retention do not raise the same problems. Software that serves one rarely serves the other well.
Prospecting has none of a newsletter's constraints
Companies that prospect by email have very different needs from those sending a monthly letter to their own customers. In B2B, what matters is the message reaching the inbox. Filters are stricter, corporate mail servers reject more readily, and every email that fails to land is a lost opportunity. A platform designed for consumer retention never runs into these problems, so it does not solve them. Its users write to people who asked to hear from them, and the filters can tell.
What we built for those constraints
Ediware has never been a general-purpose emailing tool. The platform has been designed since 2002 around B2B constraints: automatic handling of professional captchas, intelligent bounce retries, a dedicated tracking domain for every client. What separates it from general-purpose software comes down to a choice of architecture. Some pool everything by default, with the risk that puts on your reputation. Here, dedicated IPs and deliverability support are not a paid extra.

Changing emailing platform without losing a quarter to it
The cost of switching platform is almost never the price of the subscription. It is the project it opens up.
The migration is ours to do
Changing emailing solution is a project many companies keep putting off, and it is easy to see why. Between moving the contacts across, reconfiguring SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, and training the teams, the work ahead is enough to cool anyone down. Our team takes care of it when the account is opened. The warm-up of a new IP is progressive anyway, over several weeks, which leaves time to do things in the right order. The switch happens gently, with no day on which nothing goes out.
Since 2002, on the same trade
Ediware has been working with companies on email marketing since 2002. Longevity is no argument on its own, but it does translate into a close knowledge of deliverability problems, in B2B prospecting above all, where the constraints bite hardest. The awkward cases, we have seen them before. And the day a delivery problem comes up, the person on the phone knows your account rather than discovering your setup.

Your platform adapts, not the other way round
Every company has its own constraints. A platform that imposes its own ends up costing more than the time it saves.
- Custom development for your business needs, when the feature does not exist yet. See custom development.
- API integrations with the tools you already run, CRM and e-commerce included.
- Zapier connectors to more than 1,000 applications, without writing a line of code.
- White label for communication agencies reselling under their own name.
- Upgrades included: the platform grows with you, with no re-invoicing at every version.

Frequently asked questions
My emails end up in spam, does the platform change anything?
In part. A dedicated IP isolates your reputation from that of other senders, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication is set up with you. The rest depends on your lists and your sending frequency, which deliverability monitoring helps you correct.
Do I have to migrate my whole database to try it out?
No. The free account allows 1,000 sends per month, and the warm-up of a new IP is progressive anyway, over several weeks.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Subscriptions are paid monthly. You stay because the results are there, not because a contract holds you, and the credits you have not used do not expire.
Is B2B prospecting allowed?
It has been one of our main use cases since 2002. Importing professional prospecting files is allowed within the legal framework, with no prior opt-in validation. Most consumer platforms suspend the account as soon as they detect prospecting.
Does the AI assistant replace the writing?
It produces a first version and suggests rewordings. The result arrives in the editor as editable blocks, which lets you keep control of the message.
What volume can I send, and what if I go over?
Our plans cover 5,000 to several hundred thousand sends a month. If you go over occasionally, the extra sends are billed at the agreed rate, with no block on the campaign in progress.
Is there an API?
Yes, from the PREMIUM plan onwards, with more than 1,000 integrations through Zapier to connect your CRM and your business tools.
How does this differ from a consumer platform such as Mailchimp?
They are two different trades. Consumer platforms are designed for B2C and for retention. Ediware is built for B2B: dedicated IPs included, advanced deliverability management, prospecting allowed and human support in French.
