Full-service campaign management: your email sends handled end to end by a team of experts

Message integration, anti-spam checks, rendering tests, sending on a dedicated IP, statistical follow-up.

You have email campaigns to send, but no time to handle the technical integration, the deliverability tests and the tracking of results. It is a common problem in B-to-B. Marketing teams have messages to get out and prospecting files to use, but nobody in-house who masters the subtleties of routing.

Ediware's full-service exists for that. You send us your material, our team takes over. A campaign can go out within 24 hours.

Send us your material, we take care of everything else

The principle of full-service is simple. You send us what you have — an HTML message ready to route or a brief with your content, your recipient file, the subject line and your personalisation instructions. Our team turns that into a technically flawless campaign and sends it for you.

Everything that is taken care of

  • Technical integration of the message, whether you start from finished HTML or a simple brief.
  • Anti-spam tests that check the spam score, the text/image ratio and the absence of your URLs and IPs from the blacklists.
  • Rendering tests on the main email clients: Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo, in desktop and mobile versions.
  • The sending itself, on dedicated infrastructure with a personalised IP.
  • Automatic handling of bounced addresses and unsubscribes.
  • Complete statistics available in real time.

You do not need to log in to the platform or to understand how it works. You just send your material and approve the proof.

Who this service is for

  • Companies that send regular email campaigns without an in-house email marketing team.
  • Marketing departments that want a professional result without spending three days learning a tool.
  • Communication agencies looking for a reliable technical partner to route their clients' campaigns.
  • Companies sending large volumes who would rather entrust deliverability to specialists than handle it themselves.

Our commitments

  • Spam scoretext/image ratio, URLs and IPs off the blacklists
  • Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoorendering tested on desktop and mobile
  • Bounces and unsubscribeshandled automatically after each send

From receiving your files to analysing the results: a four-step process

Outsourcing the management of your campaigns is not a black box. Each step is defined, and you keep control of the approval before sending.

1. You send your material

Through a simple interface. HTML message or brief, recipient file, subject line, sending parameters. No need to know the platform to use it. You receive an automatic confirmation on receipt.

2. The team optimises and tests your message

Check of the technical integration: HTML tag compatibility, image weight, tracking links, dynamic personalisation. Then a complete anti-spam test on the main filters and a multi-client rendering test, desktop and mobile. If a problem is spotted, we fix it before the message goes out. It is precisely this checking work that makes the difference between an email that reaches the inbox and one that ends up in spam. The checklist for a successful email campaign gives an overview of what we check systematically.

3. You approve the proof in real conditions

The proof is not a simple preview in a browser. It is the message sent in real conditions, from the same infrastructure that will be used for the final send. You receive it in your inbox, you check it, you approve it. The campaign is then scheduled for the slot you have chosen.

4. Sending and access to statistics in real time

The campaign goes out on your dedicated IP, with throttling adapted to the rules of each recipient ISP. Statistics are available immediately through secure access: delivery rate, opens, clicks, permanent and temporary bounces, unsubscribes, geolocation. You can extract the lists of openers, clickers and bounces to feed your sales activity or your follow-ups directly.

Your emails reach the inbox, not the spam folder

Full-service is not just pressing “send” for you. What is at stake is deliverability. And deliverability depends on the infrastructure as much as on the content.

Dedicated IP and complete authentication

Every full-service client has their own sending IP, configured with a reverse DNS carrying their domain name. The tracking domain is dedicated too. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up for your sending domain. For the ISPs' anti-spam filters, it is a set of consistency signals that eases arrival in the inbox.

Monitoring and proactive intervention

Your IP's reputation is monitored continuously. If a blacklisting occurs, support takes charge of the delisting process. The captchas imposed by some ISPs on high-volume senders are handled automatically where technically possible. The routing infrastructure runs on PowerMTA, hosted in France, with throttling that adjusts sending rates per ISP to avoid blocks.

A French team on the phone, not a chatbot

When you entrust your campaigns to a provider, you need to be able to talk to someone in case of a question or an emergency. Ediware support is reachable by telephone, in French, at no extra cost. The team handling your campaign is the same one answering your calls. No ticket opened in a system, no automatic reply 48 hours later.

Since 2002 our team has managed email campaigns on the French market. That field knowledge counts: the quirks of local ISPs, deliverability best practices in B-to-B, the rules governing commercial email prospecting in France.

Frequently asked questions about full-service

How quickly can a campaign be sent?

A campaign can go out within 24 hours of receiving your complete material. The exact time depends on the complexity of the integration and any corrections needed after testing. For recurring campaigns whose layout is already in place, it is generally faster.

Do I have to supply the HTML message or can you create it?

Both. You can send an HTML file ready to route, or supply your content as a brief. The team handles the technical integration in either case. If you have a design, we can produce the message from it.

Do I have access to my campaign statistics?

Yes, through secure access. Statistics are available in real time: delivery rate, opens, clicks, bounces with the distinction between permanent and temporary, unsubscribes, geolocation. Extracting the lists of openers, clickers and bounces is possible to feed your sales follow-ups.

Is full-service suited to B-to-B prospecting?

It is one of its most common use cases. Ediware's infrastructure is designed for B-to-B: dedicated IP, complete authentication, adapted throttling, GDPR compliance. The team knows the specifics of commercial email prospecting and the rules applicable in France.

Can I alternate between full-service and self-management?

Yes. Some clients use full-service for their high-volume prospecting campaigns and handle their retention sends themselves from the platform. Both modes run on the same infrastructure, with the same IPs and the same level of deliverability.

What minimum volume is needed for full-service?

There is no minimum volume. The service suits one-off sends as well as high-volume recurring campaigns. The rate adapts to the volume and frequency of your sends.

Are bounces and unsubscribes handled automatically?

Permanently failing addresses are removed automatically from your lists after each send. Unsubscribe requests are handled with no intervention on your part. You do not have to clean your file manually between two campaigns.

What labels and certifications does Ediware hold?

Ediware is a member of Signal Spam, a signatory of Alliance Digitale, and has held the Privacy Protection Pact label since 2019. The infrastructure is hosted in France with an ISO 27001 certified host.
