Landing pages with built-in forms: from click to lead, with no third-party tool
Form creation, publication, entry notifications, data export and automatic feeding of your contact lists.
You invest in email campaigns, but once the click is won, what happens? If your collection form is hosted on a third-party tool, you lose fluidity, data and responsiveness. Ediware's forms module builds data collection directly into your emailing platform.
Create your forms and landing pages with the responsive editor
A visual editor accessible without technical skills
Ediware's editor lets you create forms built into responsive landing pages. You build your page directly in the platform, with no external tool. CSS customisation stays available for those who want to fine-tune the rendering, but it is not needed to get a professional result.
Forms designed for conversion
It is a real time saver for companies using forms as part of lead-magnet campaigns. White paper download, webinar registration, demo request: you create the page and the form in the same tool that sends your emails. No copy-pasting code into a third-party site.
The features
- Responsiveforms built into landing pages
- CSS customisationavailable to fine-tune the rendering
- Lead magnetswhite paper, webinar, demo request
Three ways to create your page
| Method | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Built-in HTML editor | Start from scratch |
| Import an existing URL | Duplicate a page from your site |
| Upload a ZIP file | Use a template already prepared |
Each method has its advantages depending on your technical level and your time constraints.
Fully customisable fields
Every form is different. A newsletter sign-up form does not ask for the same information as a quotation request or a satisfaction survey.
Field types and predefined lists
The forms module lets you build your fields freely: drop-down lists, checkboxes, multi-line text areas, submit buttons. Predefined lists are available for common fields such as country, title or date of birth, which speeds up creation.
Validation and required fields
You can make certain fields required and enable email validation to check the address is correctly formatted. The form checks for the @ character before accepting the submission, which limits typing errors at the point of collection.
A system of dynamic variables
Each field in your form generates an HTML variable reusable on the confirmation page. In practice, if your form contains a “first name” field, you can display “Thank you Pierre, your request has been registered” on the confirmation page. Personalisation uses a simple syntax, directly in the editor.
The features
- Predefined listscountry, title, date of birth
- Required fieldscertain fields made mandatory at entry
- Email validationthe @ character checked before submission
- HTML variablesone field, one reusable variable
Retrieve and use your data easily
Real-time email notification
No need to log in to the platform to know a prospect has just filled in your form. With every new entry, a notification email is sent automatically to the address of your choice. The subject line and the sender are customisable, which makes it easy to sort notifications if you run several forms in parallel.
Your sales teams are alerted in real time. The prospect can be called back within minutes of their request, while their interest is still fresh.
Excel export and a download link with no login
The data collected can be exported in Excel format in a few clicks. And for situations where a colleague needs access to the results without having an account on the platform, Ediware generates a direct download link.
You simply send that link by email to the person concerned. No account to create, no training on the tool. It seems like a detail, but in practice it is what makes the data actually reach the field teams.
The features
- Real-time notificationcustomisable subject line and sender
- Excel exportin a few clicks from the platform
- Download linkwith no account and no login to the platform
A configurable confirmation page
Dynamic content thanks to variables
After the form is submitted, the visitor is redirected to a confirmation page. That page is not a simple “thank you”. It can display the data entered thanks to the variable system, offer a download or point the visitor towards a further action.
Redirection and post-submission actions
You can also redirect the visitor to a page on your site after submission. As for the form itself, three methods are available to create this page: built-in editor, URL import or ZIP file. It is an opportunity to confirm the request professionally while keeping the visitor inside your conversion journey.
What the visitor entered
“Thank you Pierre, your request has been registered”: each field generates a reusable HTML variable, with a simple syntax, directly in the editor.
From form to marketing scenario: built-in automation
This is the module's strong point.
Automatic feeding of your contact lists
Your form entries can automatically feed a contact list in Ediware, with precise mapping between the form fields and those of your database. A visitor fills in your form, their data is added to the contact list of your choice. With no manual intervention.
Triggering marketing automation scenarios
Since Ediware's contact lists can trigger automatic follow-up scenarios, the prospect automatically enters a journey as soon as they submit the form: welcome email, nurturing sequence, scheduled follow-up.
The features
- Field mappingbetween the form and your contact database
- Automatic feedingwith no manual intervention
- Follow-up scenarioswelcome, nurturing, scheduled follow-up

Frequently asked questions about the landing pages module
Can you create a form without technical knowledge?
Yes. The visual editor lets you build a complete form by dragging fields and configuring their properties. No line of code is needed. For more advanced users, access to CSS and HTML remains available if required.
Are forms created with Ediware mobile-friendly?
The editor generates responsive forms that adapt to the size of the visitor's screen. The landing page containing the form is responsive too. Your prospects can fill in the form from a smartphone, a tablet or a computer with no difference in experience.
How do you retrieve the data collected by a form?
Two options. You can export the data in Excel format from the platform, or generate a download link to pass on to a colleague. That link works without an Ediware account, which simplifies sharing with sales teams or partners.
Can a form be connected to an automatic email campaign?
That is one of the module's strong points. Form entries feed a contact list directly, with field mapping. That list can trigger a marketing automation scenario: welcome email, nurturing sequence or follow-up. The form becomes the entry point of your conversion funnel.
What field types can be added to a form?
The module offers drop-down lists, checkboxes, multi-line text areas and submit buttons. Predefined lists are available for common fields: country, title, date of birth. Each field can be made required, and email validation checks the format of the address at entry.
Can the page shown after form submission be customised?
The confirmation page is fully configurable. It can display the data entered by the visitor thanks to the variable system, offer a download or redirect to a URL of your choice. You create it with the same methods as the form: built-in editor, URL import or ZIP file.
Can a colleague access the results without an Ediware account?
Yes. Ediware generates a direct download link for each form. You simply pass that link on by email to the colleague concerned. They access the Excel file of results without having to log in to the platform or create an account.
Can you do A/B testing with Ediware?
We offer one-click landing page duplication to compare two versions. Each variant is sent to half your list from your Ediware campaign, and you compare the results in the report. We have not developed automated statistical A/B testing because in B2B, campaign volumes (a few hundred to a few thousand contacts) do not allow reliable statistical significance to be reached. The duplication method remains the most pragmatic for the reality of the B2B market.
A complete chain with no third-party tool
The form becomes the entry point of your conversion funnel. No need to transfer data manually from one tool to another, no Excel file to import into another application. Collection, storage, segmentation, activation: everything is handled from the same emailing platform.
