What is the difference between a subscription and prepaid credits?
The subscription is designed for regular sending, every month or several times a month. You get a monthly volume, a pool of dedicated IPs and deliverability monitoring. Prepaid credits work the other way round: you buy a stock of sends and draw on it when you need to. It is the choice of companies running a few campaigns a year, with no fixed calendar.
Are unused credits lost at the end of the month?
No. Credits are carried over and never expire. A quiet month costs you nothing: the unused volume stays available.
Do you have to pay more when the contact database grows?
No. The number of contacts is unlimited on every plan and billing depends only on the volume sent. It is the most expensive difference with platforms that bill by contact tier.
Is B2B prospecting allowed?
Yes, in accordance with French law, which distinguishes B2B from B2C on prior consent. Importing your business files is free, with no opt-in validation, provided you respect the duty to inform people and their right to object.
Can you change plan during the year?
Yes, at any time and in both directions. No plan is binding, and the change takes effect at the next billing period.
