Your CRM contains your contacts. Your website collects leads. Your ERP manages your customers. And your emailing platform sends out your campaigns. If these tools don’t talk to each other, you spend your time exporting files, re-importing them elsewhere, copying and pasting data between two interfaces. It’s a waste of time, and a source of errors. Ediware integrations connect your emailing platform to your existing ecosystem. Without changing your tools, without heavy migration, and without friction.
A few years ago, connecting a CRM to your emailing platform without writing a single line of code was still a complicated business. You had to mobilize a developer, use export files, or cobble together in-house scripts. With Ediware’s Zapier integration, it’s a matter of minutes.
Zapier bridges the gap between Ediware and over 1,000 applications. CRM applications include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, VTiger and Zendesk. Forms: Google Forms, Gravity Forms, Wufoo. Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle. The list goes on. If your tool is referenced on Zapier, it can communicate with Ediware.
Integration doesn’t just push data in one direction. Three triggers are available on your contact lists: add, modify, delete. When a sales rep updates a record in CRM, the contact is automatically updated in Ediware. And when a new prospect enters Ediware via a form, he or she goes back into your CRM. Bidirectional synchronization. This is a point that many B2B customers check first, and rightly so.
Each application structures its data in its own way. A “Company” field in your CRM is not necessarily called the same in your emailing platform. Field mapping enables you to precisely associate the source application’s columns with the fields in your Ediware-hosted lists. Your data arrives in the right place, with no manual clean-up afterwards.
Zapier covers most cases without writing code. But some projects require more flexibility. Trigger a dispatch from your business application, synchronize contacts in real time, pilot your automation scenarios from your own interface. This is the role of Ediware’s APIs.
The REST API covers all common operations. Create lists, insert contacts in batches with automatic deduplication, send personalized campaigns, retrieve statistics and form entries, manage unsubscriptions. For agencies and resellers, it also lets you manage sub-accounts with their own quotas and IP pools. This is the most widely used API for standard integrations.
The SOAP API provides access to everything. Complete campaign management, contact cleansing and search, detailed analytics, address verification against blacklists, automation scenario management. This is the API of choice when integration goes beyond classic use cases, or for reseller architectures with sub-account management and credit allocation.
Order confirmations, password resets, account notifications. Your transactional emails benefit from the same delivery infrastructure as your marketing campaigns, with the same quality of deliverability. The SMTP API integrates into any application that sends emails via the standard SMTP protocol. No specific library to install.
Emailing doesn’t cover all use cases. For urgent messages, confirmations or reminders that need to be read within minutes, SMS remains unbeatable in terms of read rate. Ediware’s SMS API lets you integrate SMS directly into your applications, with the same level of tracking as your email campaigns.
The API accepts up to 100 recipients per request. The sender name can be customized to a maximum of 11 characters, enabling your recipients to immediately identify the sender. Click tracking is available via URL, and webhooks notify you in real time of the delivery of each message. You’re always in control of your mailings.
No SMS marketing between 8pm and 8am, nor on Sundays or public holidays. These are the rules in France, and the API integrates them directly. The SMS platform automatically blocks sending when you’re not in the authorized time slots. To find out more about SMS possibilities, please consult our SMS platform.
If your site runs on WordPress with Gravity Forms, integration is even more straightforward. Form submissions automatically feed your contact lists into Ediware. A visitor fills in a form on your site, and his or her data is saved in the list of your choice. No export, no import, no manual handling.
It’s the simplest connection between your site and your emailing platform. And if your needs go beyond standard integrations, our team can develop custom connectors adapted to your infrastructure.
Not if you use Zapier. Integration is configured visually, without writing code. You select your CRM, associate the fields, and synchronization begins. For more advanced integrations via API, a developer or integrator will be required.
The REST API is suitable for most applications: managing contacts, sending campaigns, retrieving statistics. The SOAP API is more comprehensive, covering advanced functionalities such as automation scenario management, detailed analytics and reseller sub-account management. The choice depends on the depth of integration you’re aiming for.
Three triggers are available for Ediware contact lists: add, modify and delete. When a contact is created or modified in your CRM, it is updated in Ediware. And conversely, changes in Ediware can trigger actions in your other applications via Zapier.
SMS marketing is not allowed between 8pm and 8am, nor on Sundays or public holidays. The SMS platform manages these restrictions by preventing sending outside these time slots.
The SMTP API enables you to send your transactional emails via the Ediware infrastructure. Confirmations, notifications, password resets: these messages pass through the same servers as your marketing campaigns, with the same quality of deliverability.
The integration works with Gravity Forms, one of the most widely used form plugins on WordPress. Form submissions feed your contact lists directly into Ediware, without any complex technical configuration.
When standard connectors and Zapier aren’t enough, our technical team can develop custom connectors adapted to your environment. The same team that develops the platform knows every API and module inside out. Specific CRM connectors, ERP synchronization, multi-site approval workflows: if it’s technically feasible, we’ll build it.
