Frequently asked questions

The subscription is designed for regular mailings, every month or several times a month. You get a monthly volume, a pool of dedicated IPs and deliverability monitoring included. Prepaid credits are the opposite: you buy a stock of mailings and draw from it when you need them. Better suited to companies that run a few campaigns a year with no fixed schedule.

No. Additional credits purchased on PRO and PREMIUM subscriptions can be carried over. For the START formula, your 5,000 monthly credits also accumulate from one month to the next. And classic prepaid credits don’t expire every month either. Nothing goes to waste.

No commitment, so yes. You can upgrade from PRO to PREMIUM if your mailing volume increases or if you need automation and landing pages. The reverse is also true. The change is based on your real needs, not on a contract that locks you in.

It’s important to know that your campaign is not blocked. Mailings beyond the volume included are charged as additional credits: €0.50 per 1,000 emails on PRO, €0.25 per 1,000 on PREMIUM. The rate is known in advance.

This is the most frequently asked question, and the answer is yes. Importing B-to-B contact databases is authorized without prior opt-in validation, in compliance with current legislation. In B-to-B, prior consent is not required, provided the message relates to the recipient’s professional activity. Many platforms make no such distinction, and suspend accounts as soon as they detect prospecting. At Ediware, B-to-B prospecting has been part of our business since 2002.

With most emailing platforms, as your contact list grows, so does your invoice. Sometimes by several hundred euros a month, just because your base has grown. At Ediware, the number of contacts hosted is not a factor in the calculation. You pay for the volume of mailings, not for the size of your database. Whether you have 5,000 or 500,000 contacts, it makes no difference to the price of your subscription.

PRO and PREMIUM packages each include a pool of dedicated IPs: a domain name and two IP addresses. The AGENCY offer goes up to four IPs. On prepaid credit packages, mailings are sent via a pool of shared IPs by default. If you want dedicated IPs on a credit plan, the Dedicated IP Pack option is available at €240 excl. tax per year.

In all of them. Subscriptions and credits alike. And when we say support, we don’t mean a chatbot or a form with a 48-hour response time. It’s a team based in France, reachable by phone, who know the platform and the problems of B-to-B emailing. What’s more, user support is also included, not just technical troubleshooting.

START is designed for companies just starting out in email marketing, or whose volumes vary from month to month. You have 5,000 credits per month, which you can carry over, and you can buy additional credits at €4 per 1,000 sends if you need to. One month you send 5,000 emails, the next month 15,000, and you top up with credits without changing your formula. It’s a gradual ramp-up. And if your volumes eventually stabilize at a high level, the switch to PRO subscription becomes more profitable at that point.

An add-on at €198 ex-VAT per year that unlocks advanced modules on credit packages: unlimited landing pages, segmentation, automation, API and Zapier access. All these modules are already included in the PREMIUM subscription. The Booster Pack lets you take advantage of them without having to switch to a monthly subscription. This is practical for companies who want automation or API access but prefer to stay on a per-credit basis.
