Who we are

In 2002, Jean-Bernard Bergeron and Loïc Bresler set out with a conviction that seemed almost naïve at the time: French companies deserved a B2B emailing tool designed here, hosted here, with real people on the other end of the phone. Professional email marketing was in its infancy in France. Nobody really knew where it was going. Twenty-two years later, the conviction is still the same.

The team a great, the platform has more much à see with the one from debut but when a customer call us, it grave always on someone which knows sound folder.

Today, Ediware is a team of around ten experienced and autonomous people who develop, maintain and upgrade the emailing platform in-house. No outsourcing, no outsourced code. The developers who create new features are the same ones who provide technical support and answer the phone when a customer has a question. It’s an organizational choice we’ve made from day one.

361,255 campaigns routed, 4,000 customers supported

361,000 campaigns sent. 4,810 full-service projects managed. More than 4,000 companies supported. We could round off the figures for beauty’s sake, but these are the real ones, the ones you read about in the press. logs from the platform, not those invented for a brochure. Behind each campaign, there was a brief, an exchange, sometimes a phone call at 6pm to finalize a last detail before sending the tomorrow.

These customers are companies of all sizes. SMEs that manage their campaigns autonomously, advertising agencies that manage their advertisers’ mailings, franchise networks with hundreds of users, industrial groups with specific integration needs. The diversity of the projects we’ve been handling for the past twenty-two years also means that we have a solution for most B-to-B emailing situations.

A B-to-B specialization that changes everything

Many emailing platforms are designed for e-commerce or the general public. Ediware made the opposite choice from the outset. Our specialization is B-to-B. In concrete terms, this means that file-based prospecting is authorized on the platform, in compliance with legislation. That importing contact databases does not trigger automatic account suspension. That support is aware of deliverability issues specific to B-to-B, where recipients are on company e-mail systems with anti-spam filters that are often stricter than Gmail or Yahoo.

In fact, it’s this specialization that has led us to develop tools not necessarily found elsewhere: automated management of soft bounces, captcha processing for professional messaging, blacklist monitoring with integrated delisting procedures.

French infrastructure, verifiable commitments

The platform is hosted in France, on dedicated servers in an ISO 27001-certified datacenter. Customer contact data remains in France. No transfers outside the European Union. This is a point that B-to-B companies are checking more and more, and rightly so.

Our commitments are not just declarations of intent. They are formalized by verifiable labels and memberships:

Signal-Spam: active member, contributing to the fight against spam in France
Alliance Digitale: membership of the ethical charter of the digital marketing federation
SNCD: signatory of the sustainable development charter
Privacy Protection Pact: RGPD compliance label issued by Alliance Digitale, obtained in 2019

Data security and RGPD compliance are an integral part of the platform’s day-to-day operation. Certified external DPO, quarterly pentests, AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. It’s not something we deal with on the side, it’s something we deal with on an ongoing basis.

How our operations change your day-to-day life

We could list corporate values – everyone does. But what counts is what the customer actually experiences. This is how our organization translates into day-to-day relationships.

A multi-skilled team, not a call center

When you call support, you get someone who knows the platform inside out. Not an operator reading a form. The people who support you are the same ones who develop the functionalities and configure the full-service campaigns. This is a direct advantage of being a small team: there’s no silo between technical and sales, no “I’ll transfer your request to the appropriate department”.

Transparency rather than nasty surprises

If something isn’t technically feasible, we tell you before we start. If a custom development project is going to take longer than expected, you’ll know along the way, not on delivery. Rates are displayed, quotes are detailed, terms are clear. We’d rather lose a prospect by being honest than win a customer by overselling.

Autonomy as a mode of operation

Each team member is autonomous in his or her own area. This means quick decisions, no lengthy validation circuits. A customer who reports a deliverability problem in the morning often receives a response within the day, because the person who receives the request is also the one who can take action. Over the past twenty-two years, this approach has proved its worth. It may not suit everyone, but it suits our customers very well.
